My Care Philosophy

I work with patients in a collaborative way to select best tools for each situation, including medications, healthy lifestyle advice, self-awareness tools and strategies to improve overall wellbeing. I provide specialty treatment of adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and believe that best care happens when patients are empowered you with knowledge and skills for optimal brain and mind/body balance. After a comprehensive evaluation, I often discuss options such as medications, herbal or dietary supplements, psychotherapy, mindfulness training, lifestyle modification, and other integrative approaches.
