A Premier Site for Knowledge Sharing

The Wilf Family Center is designed to be the intellectual center of children’s health care in the Midwest, with impact extending far beyond the region’s borders. This state-of-the-art conference center houses a 200+ seat auditorium, two conference rooms, and a telehealth room. It is specially designed to accommodate patient needs and medical equipment so that children in the hospital and their families can enjoy the space.

The Center is a premier site for knowledge sharing among pediatricians, residents, fellows, and other medical professionals as it plays host to local, national, and international researchers and innovators in health care. It is also a place where parents, care providers, and teachers from the community, state, and region turn to for expert advice on keeping kids healthy.

The Center provides a place for patients and families to watch movie premieres, attend special performances, and meet local celebrities, including star athletes from the Minnesota Vikings, University of Minnesota Golden Gophers, and other favorite teams.

The Wilf Family Center is made possible by a $5 million gift from the Wilf Family Foundation.
